Ironrock and the Environment

Since the inception of the company as a brick paver manufacturer over one hundred forty years ago, Ironrock has had a commitment of stewardship toward the land and its resources. We pride ourselves on our effort to recycle, reduce waste, and incorporate resource saving practices into everyday work practices.

In an effort to further reduce waste material, Ironrock has begun a recycling program. We now recycle a number of materials from our Canton, OH operating facility, and encourage employees to bring in their recyclable products from home. The numbers to the right show the material in pounds that Ironrock has recycled since the inception of the program in September of 2008.

We at Ironrock are proud to manufacture products that by their very nature are environmentally friendly - made of materials that can last for decades, even centuries. We also continue to improve the manufacturing process and technology involved so that the products are even more environmentally responsible.

Finally, we are proud of this new and increased commitment by the Ironrock family as we work to instill a sense of stewardship throughout our operations.
